Todd Wood grew up in the building industry following his dad at an early age from one construction site to another. Todd began sweeping houses as a child and has worked his way up through all facets of the construction industry. He began supervising and running job sites starting in his early 20s. He has been in charge of constructing hundreds of homes and numerous commercial projects.

In the mid eighties, while working for a mid size developer specializing in infill building, he obtained his Real Estate license. After handling the construction of a townhouse community and numerous single family homes, the developer convinced Todd into giving sales a shot. Todd's extensive construction experience and awesome communication skills led to a smooth transaction into Real Estate marketing. He immediately started leading his office in sales and became a consistent top producer.

Throughout Todd's early years in the business, he never lost his passion for building; which led him to start developing and building custom infill homes. After more than 20 years in the business, Todd feels that he has reached a very comfortable balance between building and real estate brokerage. He limits the number of construction projects he is involved in and also limits his Real Estate business to a strict "by referral only" basis.
